This role focuses on supporting the powder coating area by working closely with a team member to prepare and load parts onto the coating line. You will contribute to high-quality industrial painting and coating work while maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-conscious environment.

Work EnvironmentThe facility is well lit, spacious, and recently updated, providing a modern and organized production environment. While the building does not have air conditioning, the team actively manages conditions in the summer to keep temperatures as comfortable as possible. The company is family run, fostering a friendly, supportive, and approachable atmosphere among coworkers. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., offering consistent daytime shifts and the potential for 3–4 day weekends. You will work in an industrial setting that includes a powder coating area, paint booth, and use of hand tools, with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and teamwork.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
