Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort & Spa is seeking a hands on, ambitious Executive Sous Chef to oversee the day to day operations of our culinary program.
We are looking for a hungry culinary professional, no pun intended, who feels ready to take the next step into a meaningful leadership role . This is an opportunity for someone with a strong culinary foundation who is ready for greater responsibility, ownership, and the opportunity to lead a team.
ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate is energetic, organized, hands on, and eager to grow . Previous experience in a high volume restaurant, luxury hotel, resort, or similar operation is preferred.
